Thank you for shopping at Witlof Skincare B.V .. We strive to send your order quickly and efficiently. Below you will find our shipping policy to keep you informed of the details regarding shipping, delivery times and other relevant information.

  1. Netherlands & Belgium Free shipping from €70 Under €70: €5.99 shipping costs

    Germany & France €14.99 shipping costs

    Other EU Countries & United Kingdom €19.95 shipping costs Note for the UK: For orders above £135, additional import fees (customs + VAT) are charged to the customer. Therefore, orders can be placed up to a maximum value of £135.

    United States, other non‑EU countries and the rest of the world Shipping to these destinations is unfortunately not available.

  2. Processing time: After you have placed an order, we will process it as soon as possible. Our usual processing time was ordered before 10 pm, sent the same working day. Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays may need a little longer to be processed.
  3. Shipping locations: We send to addresses within Europe, UK and the USA. Keep in mind that we may not be able to send to certain remote areas. If you do not live within the above areas or you doubt whether we can send to your location, please contact our customer service via hello@witlofskincare.com for more information.
  4. Delivery times: The estimated delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and your location. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. This allows you to follow the progress of your order. Keep in mind that we have no control over any delays that can occur at the shipping service.
  5. Customs duties and input loads: For international orders, customs duties and input loads may apply. These costs are not included in the shipping costs of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact the customs authorities of your country for more information about any additional costs.
  6. Packaging and damage during shipment: we take a lot of care in the packaging of your order to ensure that it arrives safely with you. However, if you notice damage to the package upon receipt, please contact us immediately, together with photos of the damaged packaging. We will do our best to quickly solve the problem.
  7. Orders follow: Once your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. This allows you to follow the progress of your order. If you have questions about the tracking information or experience problems when following your order, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you further and will do our best to solve any problems.
  8. Incorrect address information: Make sure you provide the correct and full shipping address data when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or problems with delivery as a result of incorrect address information. If you have to make a change to the address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to implement the change of address, but cannot guarantee this if the order has already been sent.
  9. Non-collected orders: If you place an order and cannot receive or collect it, the package may be returned to us. In this case we will contact you to discuss how to proceed. Keep in mind that in such cases any additional shipping costs for re -sending the order can be for your account.
  10. Return shipments: For information about return shipments, please refer to our return policy. Make sure you read this policy before you return a product.
