If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your product within 30 days of purchase — whether you’ve opened it or not. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount of the product to your account.
Our 30‑day money‑back guarantee includes your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.
You won’t receive a return label with your order. Orders placed through third parties (such as other webshops or retail points) cannot be returned through us.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll check the products and refund your payment within 5 working days to the same account you used to pay. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.
