Returns, exchanges and complaints

What is covered by our product guarantee?

At Witlof Skincare, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your product within 30 days of purchase — whether you’ve opened it or not. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount of the product to your account.

Our 30‑day money‑back guarantee includes your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.


How do I return an order?

You won’t receive a return label with your order. Orders placed through third parties (such as other webshops or retail points) cannot be returned through us.

Please keep the following points in mind for smooth processing:

  • Exchanges for another product are not possible. If you’d like a different variant, we recommend placing a new order.
  • Register your return via our return portal: https://jovi_fulfilment.retourenportaal.nl/witlof-skincare. Enter your order number and email address, and indicate which products you want to return.
  • Pack your return neatly in the original packaging, or in a sturdy box/envelope that protects the products well.
  • Purchase a shipping label yourself from the carrier of your choice (PostNL, DHL, DPD — whatever works best for you). Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Send the package to the address provided in the confirmation email of your return registration.
  • Only the shipping receipt with tracking code counts as valid proof; a payment receipt for shipping does not.
  • Keep your shipping receipt until your return has arrived and been processed. This ensures you can track your package.
  • Did you receive a free product as part of a promotion? Please return it as well when sending back your full order. If not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
  • Half‑empty or empty products are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests submitted after the 30‑day guarantee period cannot be processed.

And then?

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll check the products and refund your payment within 5 working days to the same account you used to pay. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.


How do I submit a complaint?

We’d love to hear from you if something isn’t right, so we can fix it.

Send your complaint by email to hello@witlofskincare.com.

Please include your order number and the name of the product(s) your complaint is about.

We aim to respond within 2–3 working days, and no later than 14 days after receiving your complaint.
