That's why we've chosen to collaborate with Merck, a supplier in India where the mica is produced sustainably and responsibly (CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility). They ensure age, absence of child labor, fair wages, safe working conditions, and normal working hours. Furthermore, facilities have been provided for the adjacent village, where most of the people who work there also come from, such as the construction of a school and houses.
